5 weeks ago, I quit smoking and haven’t smoked since. 3 weeks ago, I started running again. I’m now running 5 days every week & starting to see my pace get back to where it once was. I’m going to start putting my run times on here to track progress. #draggingmyassbacktofitness 🤣

After 4 yrs, I have decided to step back from my role in the media team at @RylandsFC to spend more time with my family. From club officials, colleagues & players down the years I’ve made friends for life and I’m super grateful to all of them. I love this club. #WeAreRylands
