It’s been a good time for gigs. Managed to see Toro y Moi this year in Dublin & NY. Jungle in Istanbul, Tame Impala at EP & I’ll see Sylan Esso & Idles next summer. I missed live music so much during lockdowns, but I’m ticking all my favourites off one by one now. So hyped 🙌🏼

But I got a travel case with lots of pockets in it. Perfect size for carrying the ridiculous amount of diabetic things I need & I’m hyped on it cos it just makes my life a lot easier. It made me realise that a gift of making my life easier to handle is the best gift I can get

Imagine hearing someone died rationing their daily oxygen intake because they couldn’t afford breathing anymore. Sounds like an incredibly dystopian concept right? But that’s exactly what some diabetics have to do rationing their insulin to survive. Makes my fucking blood boil
