Why should our brand use a 3PL instead of fulfilling in-house? Because one of us has to live in Southwest Missouri and it doesn’t sound like you want it to be you.

People in e-commerce marketing will say whatever gets attention and traction enough to stay relevant. Buyer beware. It's not advice it's a cry for clicks. If you want help for your business ask other operators in private you trust.

We aren't moving until after the baby, what would be your strategy to secure a job 6 months before you move somewhere? Built my lady an agent to monitor specific types of job openings in the cities we are looking to move with hiring teams LinkedIn info using o3.

"The 1% mastermind at a Beverly Hills mansion" "E-commerce Mastermind at a big castle" It's getting gross. Most people just want a little financial freedom and a nice backyard. Tone it down.

I was at a party for a friend of my fiancee and someone said "Dave the Popcorn guy?!" And one of the other guests was actually a Kickstarter backer. She's ordered 4 poppers. No idea we were even loosely connected. Got to pick her brain, amazing human. Highlight of the year.

Fun way to meet Chris, was a great time. My first time out doing a convo in a long time. heard people had questions about co-founders, happy to answer anything I can. To all my podcast friends: I think I'm happy to come on sometime if you'd like. This was fun

DTC Broke: I don't sell on Amazon I force people to come to my website Woke: I participate in Prime Day Bespoke: Run prices higher on Amazon, Prime Day discounts bring it down to regular retail, and I run a Better Than Prime Day coupon on the website via email/SMS Moiz Ali

Dave Stickland (@dave_stickland) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Prime Day is flat it's because everything is crazy expensive. As a seller thanks to tariffs and increasing AMZ fees it's never been more expensive to deliver my product. As a buyer the minimal 18% off already inflated price isn't a deal. Prices are too damn high.

Tariffs making some of us offshore: Friend of mine is no longer manufacturing in the US because of tariffs. Tariffs increased the cost of materials his factory was bringing in. Triple digit cost increase. Cheaper to make in Vietnam and pay the tariff on the final product.

Less doomer case: As we deskill laborers who mass produce products there will be a new era of craftsman who make 1 of 1 exceptional products, and a lot more of them than there are now. Materials will get cheaper, etc. making them more accessible too.
