We start by learning more about Den Hartogh's history and transportation activities

Then we went onto an interesting case of Den Hartogh to improve their sustainable environment, as well as an effective brainwriting session for new, collaborative student projects.

Yesterday was our event in collaboration with Den Hartogh, during which we were able to get more insight into their logistic last mile processes. It was very interesting to be able to see these processes in real life since we were located on-site, in the port of Rotterdam.

Our data-based predictions on the #COVID19 outbreak include Belgium as well now, making it a total of 9 countries. For most of them our data researchers expect a significant increase in number of infections again. Follow our daily updates here tue.nl/predictions-co…

Past Tuesday we were finally able to organize a physical event again! It was very nice to meet all of our partners again and discuss their current topics of interest.

Besides networking, our partners learned more about customer centricity and how they can involve customer centricity in their daily practices. Sarah Gelper also introduced the phenomenon of Customer Lifetime Value and how it impacts companies.
