Had fun in NY this weekend at Nike Nationals!! Dropped a PR in the 4x200 and the 60mH 4x200: 1:30.85 60mH: 8.26 55mH: split 7.66

Had fun at Conn-Madden Last weekend, broke 2 school records in the 110 SHR, and the 4x200 SHR: 1:04.63 (15.09 split) 4x200: 1:29.63 (21.58 split)
