I see discounts at Atlantic Superstore for purchases of 2 or 3 of the same item rather than just 1. eg $3.50ea, 2 for $5.00 It appears Loblaws does not understand that extending a discount for the purchase on multiple items does not help those who struggle to afford one.

How is it that the City of Charlottetown seems to be taking no responsibility for the homeless in our city. “You can’t stay there” does not help. It’s a difficult problem and another instance where council has failed to display any backbone.
