Thanks a lot for your support! MSKPDA MSK ScienceEducation Dr. Ushma Neill We had a lots of fun! We are looking forward to seeing more people joining us.

We spent a beautiful day #hiking at Sam’s Point #Minnewaska NY State Parks. Thanks to MSK Trustee #MSKFunFund for supporting this gathering. MSK ScienceEducation Dr. Ushma Neill

What a special gift on (Happy) July 4th! Very happy to share our recent publication Nature Cell Biology. Many many thanks to Dr. Danwei Huangfu, all my co-workers #Huangfulab, my collaborators, my training grant Center for Stem Cell Biology at Sloan Kettering. Can't make it without all of you! nature.com/articles/s4155…

The awesome power of forward genetics demonstrated by our fearless dapeng yang applying #CRISPRscreen in human #stemcell with our collaborators Christina Leslie, Chris Wright, Simone Sidoli, Jon Odorico and Robert Schwartz. #CRISPR #diabetes MSK ScienceEducation

Its gratifying to see that someone still cares about HHEX in endoderm-- nature.com/articles/s4155…! Very coherent, but surprising phenotype; HHEX suppresses liver differentiation to promote pancreas from Dr. Danwei Huangfu and collaborators. Impressive set of targets and interactors.

Congratulations to Dr. Danwei Huangfu and her team including former NYSTEM trainee Dapeng Yang for their recent paper on #CRISPR screening and HHEX in pancreatic lineage commitment and plasticity restriction. nature.com/articles/s4155…

Thanks to #MSKFunFund MSK ScienceEducation Dr. Ushma Neill for supporting Dr. Danwei Huangfu lab! We had a great lunch together to celebrate the new year!

In addition to three days of pure scientific fun immersed in genetic analysis and disease modeling using pluripotent stem cells at the The Jackson Laboratory “Diversity in a Dish” workshop, we also had great fun hiking and enjoy the great view!

Our inaugural The Jackson Laboratory symposium on pluripotent #StemCells in genetic analysis and disease modeling wrapped up today! Thanks to the attendees and speakers for excellent seminars, hands-on methodological and data analysis workshops, and evening discussions. 👏

Our story on the discovery of enhancers of core endoderm-specifying transcription factors is out in Nature Genetics. IGVF 4DNucleome. Consider joining us if you are interested in enhancers, human development and #stemcell

Thanks to #MSKFunFund for supporting another lab outing. We say goodbye to our awesome Jey, who's joining Weill Cornell GSMS, and welcome new members Sharon and Pallavi. Thanks to our summer students and rotation students for energizing the lab. MSK ScienceEducation Dr. Ushma Neill

We spent 3.5 hours hiking at the breakneck ridge trail. Thanks to dapeng yang for organizing (again)! The timing was perfect (for the train) and the weather was super nice. Welcome Denis Torre to join the lab!
