Rome | Day 1 🇮🇹 Amazing to be back in my favourite city 😍 A relaxing day exploring some of the tourist hotspots; Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and The Palazzo Venezia before soaking in the atmosphere infront of the Pantheon 🏛️

Rome | Day Two 🇮🇹 An early start to see an empty Trevi Fountain on the way to the Vatican 🇻🇦 Incredible guided tour through the Museum before witnessing Castel Sant’Angelo, St Peter’s Basillica and Michaelangelo’s breathtaking frescos in the Sistine Chapel. Incredible. 👨🏽‍🎨

Rome | Day III 🇮🇹 The best day exploring the Vittoriano and the scale of the statues, columns and views across the city before heading to see the magnificent Colosseum, Palatine Hill and explore the Roman Forum 🏟️ This city never fails to amaze and fascinate me ✨

Rome | Day IV Sorrento | Day I A look through a keyhole to see the most spectacular view of St Peter’s Basillica before a train to our favourite place, Sorrento for a pizza cooking class and soaking in the sun and Sicilian lemons 🍋

Sorrento 🇮🇹 Day II The day my girlfriend became my fiancé 💍 With a beautiful sunset overlooking the Bay of Naples, in the city where we first went on holiday and said ‘I love you’ for the first time, Sorrento became even more special. A trip we’ll never forget 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽 Te Amo Roo

Incredible weekend up in Leeds for the English School’s AA Cross Country Finals with a fantastic team performance resulting in a 3rd place finish! Plenty of grit, hard work and teamwork on show 💪🥉

3 weeks into The Yorkshire Marathon training. Hit every session & enjoyed every minute. Love to see the weekly mileage on the rise after the operation in April. Huge shoutout to Tim Roozendaal for the consultation last week. Couldn’t recommend enough & feel something big is coming 📈
