Ever have a day you run way more than you were planning to just because it was sunny out?? No, just me ok!! It was another nice but windy day to enjoy during a long lunch and after work. Plus I saw some cool ice on the path!!

Had to fight 50mph gusts of wind to get these last 3 miles in for February. I thought I set myself up for a easy recovery run day, but I was wrong. It was tough, but two months in 2025 with both 200+ miles.

Man did I get use to those mild temperatures for the last week. It dropped back into the 20s and felt like I was freezing today. But I managed a easy 4 miles to start March off plus saw the local deer herd too.

Another Monday of work while watching a sick kiddo. So far I have been skating past getting sick but knocking on 🪵. Got out for a nice 5 mile run this nice and mild weather evening, even found some new art in the tunnel that wasn’t a wiener 😂

Woke up to a blizzard and ended the day with a snow covered run in blue skies and snow. Was good 5 mile run, however a spot of black ice did take me down as the sun was setting. Lucked out with only a blow to the ego and nothing else.

Great day to end a week of blah, nothing bad but nothing really good. I got 10 miles in under bright sunshine and mild temperatures that’s melting the snow quickly. Too bad my watch decided not to count steps on my runs.

Sunshine and Blue Sky kind of day to splash in the slush and puddles of melting snow on this Saturday afternoon. My shoes might have gotten completely drenched on my 7 mile run, but was completely worth it!!

The weather was definitely the highlight of the day!! Mid 60s and sunny definitely help my mood do a complete 180 and loved it all during the 5 mile run today.

The tease of yesterday was nice but back to the cooler temperatures today. I got 8 miles in today in the 40 degrees but the sun was still shining

Another great spring day gave me the opportunity to enjoy two runs at lunch and after work. Got a total of 8 miles and even waded in the water to give my legs a bit of an ice bath. It felt great!!!

A windy but nice day for some good mileage today. Got a total of 11 miles today fighting the wind head on for those final two. Legs are officially jello after that.

A nice 70 degree spring day today. I Felt like a little piggy out playing in the mud on todays 10 mile run in the park. Great end to the work week

Going from a run in sun and 70s to a run in clouds in the 30s with a 7 degree windchill in 24 hours is definitely spring in MN. But I fought the wind and rain and got 5 miles in the books.

A bit nicer day with the sun out and less windy today for today’s 6 mile run to end off the weekend. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Been away from here but still running my butt off. Hit a solid 7 miles in the humidity today

On paper with the temps in the mid 70s and light wind seems like it would be a perfect day, but that sun sucking up all the rain made it feel like I was running in a sauna. I was absolutely shot after this 8 mile run!!! 😩

Starting the week off and also ending a fantastic month of running off with an easygoing 5 mile run. Got the spins about half way through but shook it off and finished it off after a short break.

The day you go to the library you find out your card is canceled due to inactivity 😂 But got a new one 👍
