The key to being a great moderator is doing your research on the panelists & blending general questions designed to evoke conversation, with very person-specific questions that only that one person can answer that offers helpful advice & insight thru exact experience.

The differences between the way the FILM panel talked about story, their work, their process, and the business and the way the TV Panel talked was so stark and clear that it honestly made me wonder if anyone in TV is ok & actually enjoys it.

It's a beautiful day in nyc but my brain and body are so overly exhausted. I finally got to sleep in and I slept for 8.5 hours, which is a lot for me. 3 days in nyc is like 2 weeks in LA, no joke. Especially when you work from home.

I've decided to change my price structure slightly. I've always charged an extra fee for scripts over 125pgs, but it will now be an extra page fee for anything over 120. Because y'all need to learn to edit.
