This is insane. I've been trying to solve this persistent bug on iOS for a mobile game I'm building with Max Hertan Tried o3 MAX, Claude Opus 4 MAX on Cursor multiple times and it couldn't solve this pesky bug where the audio doesn't resume when the iOS app goes out of focus.

I wrote this thread a while ago detailing how I write my initial prompts for a game project. I think it’s still relevant now, especially with more powerful models. Hope it’s helpful if you want to “vibe code” some games. Have fun and enjoy the process!

I've been working on a mobile game inspired by "Slay the Spire" -with a twist, with Max Hertan. Neither of us can code, so we dove into this YOLO-style, vibe-coding the entire game, and we've now made quite a bit of progress. However, we're also aware that at some point, we'll

Playing around with the pixel art 3D style that Desimulate created, really fun. Created with Midjourney Video. There's something about seeing layers of pixel art placed in a 3D space that makes it really mesmerising.

Experimented with a new lovecraftian game setting this weekend. Still WIP. "Dredge" meets "Vampire Survivors" mashup. Vibe coded on Cursor, with Grok 4 (game set up and major features) and Sonnet 4 (small features and adjustments). Most artwork generated by Astropulse's

Very impressed with Grok Imagine UX. This feels like the right UX for image generation when the image gen latency is almost instant. I almost feel guilty scrolling through the images knowing that I’m burning compute with every scroll 😂

Can't stop thinking about the art style Desimulate created so I tried to create it in Three.js to see if I could achieve a similar look and feel. I think I got pretty close with some careful pixel art billboarding and lighting. But there's some limitations to getting this

Made a few tilt shift-style videos with Grok Imagine. The results turned out pretty nice. Especially loved the lighthouse one because the waves work so well with the tilt shift lens effect. Image Prompt: “Tilt shift image of _____”
