🔥Superb point from Naomi Klein Labour are making no sudden moves that may spook their GE chances- but if they *do* keep the tight economic straitjackets of the last govt (Brexit included btw)… …they risk the Scholz error, teeing up a far right surge.

Rishi Sunak Insane. Should we stop eating rice then? Despite not growing the crop that’s a £1 billion industry in the UK we should just wave goodbye to apparently…

Hundreds of Conservatives Facebook ads targeting different locations have claimed a “national ULEZ” is coming to “a road near you this July” if Labour win. This is misleading. There’s no specific evidence Labour has any such plans. #GE24 buff.ly/3zjPXA5

All MPs' 2nd jobs should be stopped - including media show hosting as creates conflicts of interest and detracts from the job they're elected and paid to do, full-time! Farage paid more in a month than he does annually as MP, can his priority really be the people of Clacton?

I note that Robert Jenrick is expanding his attack on the Attorney General Richard Hermer alleging he has acted on matters on which he has a conflict of interest. There is, as matters stand, not a shred of evidence that this has happened. As a barrister Hermer was under a duty

This is quite excellent gaslighting. Governments aren’t commercial operations - they can’t be. But the assumption here is govts would perform better. It’s a way for private enterprise to eek more out of the state with low risk to them. Why? Because govt will backstop you.
