Apparently this needs to be said: SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA virus. The virus genome does not integrate into your DNA as the virus is not DNA-based nor does it encode a reverse transcriptase to become DNA. It's RNA at the beginning, it's RNA at the end. It's also RNA in the middle.
