Was happy this episode was directed by Andrew McCarthy, who's directed many of my episodes. Here he is in NY during virtual prep. Andrew had the thankless job of being the first to figure out how to shoot this bear of a show with Covid restrictions. #TheBlacklist The Blacklist

The paramedics in this scene were initially racing to help the hotel guest because he was exposed to a contagious virus. Then Covid hit and we adjusted the script so that he was exposed to radiation instead. Nobody wanted to make light of the pandemic. #TheBlacklist The Blacklist
