Swam a mile this morning. Lifeguards today were playing more Taylor Swift and that naked dancing song from Saltburn.

Nice to see that even with a series of rain storms, including a thunderstorm, Tanglewood concert-goers are still gonna Tanglewood.

Intended to swim longer than half a mile today but the pool here now closes at 3pm due to staffing issues. Enjoyed starting my swim with “Under Pressure.” 🎶

TIL, there’s a designed beach chair area on the SPAC lawn for Philadelphia orchestra events. You can tell I’ve gone to a lot of orchestra shows here… 😅 Hoping to go to more though! Despite unadvertised chair rules, I think it’s becoming more my vibe than LiveNation shows.

Started the 1-mile swim with “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield and ended with “California Girls” from The Beach Boys, who I’m looking forward to seeing (on a beach) next month.

Songs playing in my head while finishing the Lake George Open Swim 2.5K - “My Humps” and “Get Low”

I took a week off from swimming after last week’s 2.5K. Back today in the chlorinated water that I love 🥰. Since I wasn’t swimming a mile straight, I could hear more of today’s songs: lots of RHCP & absolutely no Taylor Swift. I’ll have to swim on the weekend more often.
