So proud of Gabby as she closes out her 2nd and last Penn Relays of her high school career with a medal finish! She is just getting started this year with her 2nd full meet back post injury and will be ready for the post season in 30 days 🙂.

About the MSTCA invitational yesterday, TJ Meet record broke from 2012, won both TJ and LJ and new season TJ best in this awful cold rainy weather!!!! Good solid series in the 40s and 18s. 4 weeks to States!

Senior night was spectacular as it ended with a bang in Gabby adding a 9th school record to her list in the 4x100. They beat the school record by 1 second!! She has truly left a legacy and her mark at LS with 16 all-time top 10 times/marks🙂. States in 4 weeks…

Her final Outdoor DCL Championship closed with a bang. 4x Outdoor Dual County League LJ Champion with a Season Best, Undefeated DCL TJ Champion and 4x1 DCL Outdoor Champion Team. D1 Championship up next!

Big congrats to my cousin for finishing his D1 baseball career and graduating from college!!

It’s been a long Senior journey with injury recovery. She’s been patient, trusting the process, making sure a healthy solid return to sport. She hadn’t hit 19’ all outdoor season. She came in today seeded 4th to defend her title as D1 Long Jump Champ. She won and PR’d!!!

And so it begins…she’s off!!!

So proud of the grit this girlie (Abs) has! From L5 stress fracture in March to Ankle tear in June to focusing on rehab to training for her first timed mile/800m/400m and crushing the required times and making her HS JV Soccer Team as a Freshman in August!

A good first 2 games of the season. The girls are 1-1 in their record so far. A tough loss yesterday to a strong Central Catholic team with a 2-1 score. Abby had a header assist to the goal that LS had. She’s getting back healthy and stronger and stronger each game.

Congrats to LJ for making MA ODP. It’s been a long year journey where he didn’t make the cut last year. BUT immediately after, I noticed a self driven workout 6am routine to get stronger. It also didn’t hurt that he shot up over a foot!! Hard-work truly pays off.
