Jac Rossiter I highly recommend checking out these tutorials by Dan Kenton dankenton.gumroad.com Lots of good tips on how to Improve your texturing (spec/gloss). It's not a beginner tutorial btw, expects you have a good grasp of texturing/substance painter, so perfect for your case.

5 years ago I was given my first opportunity in the industry to work at Ryzin Art as a hard surface artist. I got to work with some of the most talented 3D artists in the industry on some really cool projects. Today was my last day with them, I’ll be starting something new soon.
