When you create a work of art you establishing a line of communication with yourself or with someone else. Through communication we build relationships, and the key to every deep relationship is sincerity, authenticity. So fellow artists, let’s be authentic, let’s be sincere!

Your career is a bit like playing a sport. When you’re on the field, you give it your all. You picked a sport that you love to play! But when the game ends, real life begins. You focus on your loved ones, even if they are in the opposing team.

If we don’t reward kind, compassionate and ethical behavior, there will be plenty opportunities for unkind, un-compassionate and unethical behavior to be rewarded. We can shape the world around us with small actions.
