Last year at Füm’s executive offsite we set a goal to 3x our revenue while maintaining our profitability. We 3.5x! Its incredible what a team can do when aligned around a strong mission, with clear objectives, and a great product!

Recently Füm has had issues with bot traffic in our international markets, like our CAD has more traffic than our USD. Currently looking at solutions like EDGEMESH. I’ll keep things updated on how it goes. Any other recommendations?

We’re getting ready to launch Füm into the EU. Very stoked about the potential, data that shows customers are buying there. My strategy is to break EU into 4 markets at the start: 1. Germany 🇩🇪 2. France 🇫🇷 3. Netherlands 🇳🇱 4. Rest of EU 🇪🇺 Thoughts?

Some minor data ⛏️ on sales coming from applovin at Füm: 1. Customers are older. 50-60+ 2. Spend more. 25%+ AOV 3. Coming from mobile games. 4. Less crossover attribution. 5. Quitting Smokes over vapes Considering building a specific lander, will share more details..

TikTok ads really showed up this Nov into BFCM, we're up 150% in spend, and 289% ⬆️ in conversion value. Beating Meta, AppLovin, Google... Interesting. Will share more once I do a bit more of a deep dive into why.
