JUST IN: The drive-in movie theater in Franklin is hosting a variety of church services for Easter Sunday. One of the services was for a Baptist Church in Westmoreland, TN. Simpson Co. Judge Exec. just told me he will not be allowing that church to meet in Ky. at the drive-in.

Every year around this time, Bowling Green/Warren County Humane Society has their busiest week. They have taken in 314 dogs and cats in the past week— many that have run away out of fear of the fireworks. WBKO News

Governor Beshear is in Metcalfe County this morning joining state and local leaders to announce funding for improvements to the industrial park in Edmonton.

Gov. Beshear announced a $616,900 grant for improvements at a building in the Metcalfe County Industrial Park that will house Pennington Stave & Cooperage LLC.. The company will manufacture staves and barrels for bourbon and whiskey production.
