The fifth time in eight games the Reds have had no hits going into the fourth inning.

Is it just me or do we lose every single time Ashcraft pitches?

I know I’m uber pissed at the Reds and their inability to play fundamentally sound. But, Blake Dunn does not belong in the majors. We have to have better options in the minors.

Francona over manages and it burns the Reds. Ian was pitching fine. 2 fluke baserunners.

There is nothing clutch or big time about the Reds. Late game execution is non-existent. Gave the Cubs 5 outs in the 8th. Championship baseball in Cincinnati is a pipe dream.

The only thing different about a David Bell managed Reds team and a Francona managed team are the sound bites. The Reds play a very boring brand of baseball.

Am I the only one that thinks we will never see a World Series again in this town? Thank God I was able to watch the Reds in the ‘70s. This is brutal. When playing .500 ball is an accomplishment, I’d call that a loser mentality.

Is it time to close the door on the season? If you can’t dominate the Rockies, is there any hope?

Elly is not a star. I’m tired of people referring to him that way. He is a defensive liability. He is not a winning baseball player. No one wants to hear that, but he is not who we want him to be.

The Reds have 2 options for Elly. Move him to the outfield or trade him. The trade makes more sense. There are still many people that are enamored with his potential. Fleecing another team, if Krall is capable, is the better choice.
