In the past day I've played more FFXIV than I have in an entire year and, honestly, I needed it. Reintroduced myself to what I loved about it in the first place.

Jumped into Cosmic Exploration today. This has got to be some of the most dogshit content I've ever seen in anything. Holy fuck.

And now - we know why.

I saw that Mamool Ja Allied Society mount and I must do the quests just to get that blue glowy chicken.

Honestly it's always been so damn fun.

This is certain to help my sword swinging ass with my poetry reading in the middle of underperforming my job.

So I've gone through the recent World of Warcraft patch and 7.3 of FFXIV and all I can say is MMORPG players are eating real good at the moment.

Shitty products end up with bad consequences. Granted honestly 7.3 has been a bright spot for FFXIV.

While there is certainly a group of young people that just don't want to do what's needed and they complain they can't get by because of it, there's an even larger group like this girl who is doing her damndest and still can't get a break. I hate to see it, I hate to live it.

Gonna get that Phase-lost Slateback today, I think. Why not?

I know that WoW is down for maintenance for another couple of hours and they're doing Season 3 stuff or whatever but...
