Time to STRESS OUT! Two interviews done this week, one was a rejection, the second one is a waiting game on if I passed. Maybe some Cult of the Lamb to take the edge off for a bit.

Interviews are like taking an oral exam that you don't know what to study for.

"Please tell me of a time you made a serious mistake at work and how it was handled." Like....I've been self employed or in an amazing lab position. I forgot my coffee one day?

Fun drive up the back (north side) of Mt. Lemmon on the control road. Was a blast driving up while my wife became a giggling bobblehead. Made this beast quite dirty. 10/10 would recommend as an easy off road journey.

Consistently being told I'm one of the nicest and best explaining health inspectors a restaurant has had definitely makes me feel happy. Yes, I write down those violations, but I explain why it's important to control them. I don't just throw codes at operators.
