On going eviction saga unfolding in Stoneybatter since early this morning. Following a violent eviction attempt one occupant of 23 Prussia Street remains on the roof subject to cold wind but refusing to surrender her home without a fight. Support needed now, probably all day.

A barrage of bricks thrown and multiple ladders mounted on the building the remaining occupant has been dragged off the roof, almost killed in the process. Guards standing by doing nothing.

Landlords and evictors of Dublin would rather tear their own property to the ground than leave people peacefully in their homes.

Housing is a trans issue, and there have been trans people brutally evicted today from Prussia St. CATU are asking for urgent support this evening, please go (with a friend) if you can and lend your support!

"Vision statement" from the McGrath Group - which shares 4 directors & an address with Randalswood Construction Ltd - the people planning to develop the site of today's eviction & likely the people responsible for sending hired goons there this morning. Quite the discrepancy!
