🚀 Just hit a 13.3% conversion rate with a small user base and a pretty basic paywall. Instead of downloads, I’m more curious about how YOU improve conversions once you get those first users. What strategies or tweaks made the biggest impact for you early on?

Web apps? Too easy to clone. AI? Helps you ship fast but helps others steal faster. Mobile apps feels like the only real moat. Anyone else feel this?
