Throwback Thursday! Students from Conley El recently took a tour of the Central Kitchen. They got to use our Urschel machine that helps us dice/cut large quantities of fresh onions, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers & potatoes to be used in all sorts of our scratch made recipes.
