A account appears to have been opened in the name of “Utsav Residency” using incorrect address of Mr Pappu Kumar Singh. This raises serious concerns regarding identity misuse and banking compliance. I request Punjab National Bank and concerned authorities to investigate. Delhi Police.

Utsav Residency RWA, Pocket 3, Rohini Sector 34, has been duly registered since 2016. Regular RWA elections have been conducted every year in accordance with rules and established practice. In April 2025, fresh elections were conducted and the documents were submitted to RoS.

Group of some persons contacted RoS office and enquired about "Utsav Residency", RoS informed that there is no such RWA as they don't have the file. That group started conducting fresh RWA election and applied for the fresh registration with similar name "The Utsav Residency".

We have shown our registration certification and moved application to find the missing file and grant us registration certificate of office bearer as file was moved from SDM Narela to RoS, Alipur.

We have later realise that RoS office is involved in the fraudulent act, so we have approached RoS, Alipur office.

I request the honourable Chief Minister Smt Rekha Gupta ji and Honourable Lieutenant Governor Shri LG Delhi to take cognisance of the matter and instruct Delhi Police and Registrar of Society to take proper action.
