Thank you, Texas UIL for the opportunity this Fall. Let’s give the same opportunity to all other sports now! Especially the most socially distanced team sport we can play. 😅

This college season, 59% of batted balls hit at 95 mph or higher ended up as hits. On balls hit under 95 mph, only 26% were hits. You should probably hit the ball hard.

Best way to increase arm strength is by long toss. Catchers should throw at least 120' every day (throw to 2B is 127').......

Transfer on the throw should be somewhere around the midline of your body. Allows for symmetry with both arms and time to find 4 seam grip

Hey hitter-its 9 against 1 and that 1 is U-its ok not to get 4 hits every day-HOWEVER ITS NOT OK too not be the best competitor on the field

No such thing as wild pitch! Theyre all passed balls. If you have that mindset behind the plate, youll save alot of runs! #Energy #Toughness
