The Collaborative has officially kicked off with remarks from CTCIA President PJ Cimini and Deputy Commissioner Jared Kosky of the Connecticut Insurance Department. We're ready for an afternoon of captivating discussions!

Following Opening Remarks, Jim Penders, Head Coach of the UConn Men's Baseball Team, provided remarks about #RiskManagement as it applies to both baseball and #insurance during the Keynote Address.

Panel I was a success! Distinguished panelists Joe MacDougald of UConn School of Law, Nick Bradley of Marsh & Alex Korb of @ICEYEfi discussed how to leverage #ParametricSolutions to manage #risk related to #ClimateChange.

The next installment on the Collaborative agenda was the coffee networking break sponsored by Connecticut Insurance & Financial Services (CT_IFS)! Guests enjoyed making and fostering new connections with fellow professionals.

During the Legislative Panel, CTCIA President PJ Cimini guided #CT State Representatives Tom Delnicki, Tammy Nuccio & Kerry Wood as they discussed recent legislative reforms made to benefit CT residents, farmers, healthcare companies & #CaptiveInsurance company owners.

The last panel discussion of the day is complete! Panelists John Ferrara of Crowe (Moderator), Wyatt Bosworth of CBIA, Susan Winkler of CT_IFS & Fenhua Liu of Connecticut Insurance Department provided insight to CT's economic development work with a focus on the benefits for captives.
