💜 September is ALZHEIMER’S AWARENESS MONTH 💜 In Alzheimer’s, brain cells over time lose connection & eventually die which leads to loss of memory. S/S associated with this disease is memory loss & confusion. No cure exists but there are medications to help manage the condition
