Thornton's coming home to CTC, and we have our incredible community to thank. Between private donations and a fundraiser with Andy's Frozen Custard in Blue Springs, we are at $2,845 in just 17 days. Thank you!! Thornton will begin training in June. #CTCFamily #CTCDog #therapydog

Today we remember those first responders who ran toward danger when others ran from it during the terror attacks of 9/11/2001. We strive to learn valuable lessons from that day and as always to Never Forget.

Last week was our CPR/Stop the Bleed week for the CSI/LE class and the EMT/Fire Science class! Our students learned life saving techniques that will help them serve their communities and possibly save their own lives someday.

Thank you to the BSPD for inviting our class to volunteer at National Night Out! 21 students volunteered for parking/traffic control. It wasn’t all work though! They also were able to network with LE agencies and other vendors from around the metro and enjoy treats and swag!
