I wonder if the unease people feel today with AI is really the uncanny valley. As AI gets closer and closer to human level task ability, smaller and smaller flaws make people uncomfortable. I think AI will shock us when it suddenly gets to the other side of the chasm.

I just asked Cursor in one project what features it needed from another project and, after iterating, it gave me the summary as a prompt to apply to my other project. prompts have become the new patches.
