Incredibly frustrated from the poor quality of basic email support that i'm getting from Ticketmaster & Ticketmaster CS. Just sent my 4th reply to the 4th agent within a single support thread, because each one used a canned response that doesn't begin to address the context.
.Ticketmaster Ticketmaster CS Your support volume would likely go down if your agents provided quality troubleshooting and replies, and I didn't get bounced from agent to agent. I imagine your # of replies to "solved" ratio is incredibly poor.
A sure fire way to distract me for hours is a Taylor Swift instagram or youtube rabbit hole.
