Hi #DataFam, I recently worked on a coffee sales project to sharpen my Excel data analysis skills and what started as rows of numbers turned into a clear picture of customer behavior and sales trends.

Some weeks ago, I opened a dataset i downloaded on for practice. It had thousands of rows, endless columns and I had no clue where to start. So I did what some people do; I started clicking around, making random charts, hoping something would pop. yeah, Nothing did.

When I started working with data, I used to think Excel was just for basic tables and calculations. You know rows, columns, and the occasional SUM formula. Then, one day, I downloaded a messy dataset it had thousands of rows, inconsistent formats, extra spaces, random symbols.

I was confused as to how I'm going to clean them up before analysing. After a bit of research, I discovered Power Query. I had never touched it before. In a short while, I learnt how to remove duplicates, split columns, fix formats; all without a single complex formula.

Then I ran it through a Pivot Table and was able to draw instant insights. That’s when I realized… Excel isn’t “just Excel.” With Power Query + Pivot Tables, you’re holding a mini BI tool in your hands. #DataAnalytics

SQL MISTAKE TO AVOID COUNT(column) ≠ COUNT(*) One counts non-NULL values. The other counts everything. Learnt this when my report showed 97% accuracy instead of 100% accuracy

It’s one thing to learn SQL and getting questions to practice your skill may be the challenge. This is a long thread of websites to find SQL practice question across various topics. You are welcome. Retweet for others.
