Just got invited to a Catch Wrestling tournament in the Chicago area. It is short notice, but they are competing for the 200lb title. I am just coming off of an injury and I'm probably 225 after the pizza last night. A lot to consider.

I am gonna develop a Catch Wrestling gameplan for a white belt friend of mine. (He doesn't live close enough to train w me) I think I am a good instructor, but also I think I am a good coach. I can instruct, but more importantly I can develop personal games/styles very well.

Fun fact: I was at a Billy Robinson training camp while Black Belt magazine came to interview him, as well as take pictures. I was the demonstration dummy for most of the pictures. However, the magazine didn't run a big article on it, so the pictures weren't printed.
