Afternoon, last long run before tapering for yorkshire marathon Running Punks #vrc went well apart from pain in my toes I keep getting on longer runs & cramp near end. Lots of positives, though. Well done to all doing Llanelli half today. I hope you all had a great time
Didn't get out yesterday due to going further on the bike than planned on Saturday. So out this evening instead Running Punks lots of rest now & a few shorter runs before Yorkshire marathon a week on Sunday π§ Foxing - Dealer & Shit Present - What Still Gets Me

Out early for #vrc today Running Punks bodys still feeling really tired & it's 2 weeks now since marathon. Sure my mojo will come back soon. Would have listened to αΆ α΅α΅Λ£αΆΚ°β±Λ’α΅Λ‘Λ’ / warmfield new record but left earphones at work π played it a few times now though and it's quality π

No #vrc today Running Punks not feeling great on last few runs, so a very enjoyable bike ride with my brother & brother in law instead. Took a different route & explored some woodland and trails we'd not been on before. Tadcaster 10 mile race next Sunday
Tadcaster 10 mile for #vrc Running Punks with my Dad, brother & mate Liam. surprised myself today after not feeling great on runs since marathon last month. PB by 8 minutes & finished strong for a change. Last km was my quickest. Great event
Aim was for H/M for todays #vrc Running Punks called it short as hamstrings were very tight. 1 of my targets I set myself at start of the year was 1000 kms, under 100 to go now π§ Sweet Pill - where The Heart Is & The Menzingers- Some Of It Was True
10km for #vrc Running Punks woodland looking beautiful in the snowy conditions π§ Green Lung - This Heathen Land. Listened to green lung a lot past couple of weeks after seeing Steve of Norwich π° & @SiGwfc recommend them. Absolutely love it
Final run of the year Running Punks #vrc happy to have hit my target of 1000km. Very muddy in parts but no rain π Have a great new year all. Looking forward to attending more meet ups next year π§ Spanish love songs, Citizen & The Mountain Goats
