The five directors nominated in the International Feature Film category will meet Friday at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA to discuss the impact their films have had at home and abroad.

1st Academy Awards were held at Blossom Room of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Thursday, 16 May 1929. It took until 19 March 1953 for the Academy awards, the 25th to be televised for first time. Those awards held at the RKO Pantages Theatre in Hollywood. Bob Hope was host.
