Huge congrats to Lancs Fire & Rescue who somehow managed to recruit 50% females on the latest recruit course of 20... Given (historically) females account for 10-20% of all applicants this is an unbelievable achievement that should be explained at the highest level..🧐

Of course I'm not suggesting any advantage was given towards females as this would fall under E&D laws,...I'm sure Head of HR LFRS can easily explain how she managed such a mathematically implausible achievement so other FRS could follow their lead.
