First day of Running Camp was a blast!! So many talented kids came out! Kids learned about form today, ran with that form, and then played some games! Excited for the next 3 days!

After a slow start because of ⛈️ we had a great first day of running camp for our 4th-8th graders. Today’s focus was on good running form. Can’t wait for Day 2.Runners Plus

Day 3 of Running Camp was our track day where kids learn about sprinting and compete against each other in the 100 meter dash!! Winning the girls was Ellie then Lainey, Harper, and Myra! Winning the boys was Eric then Max and Owen! Excited for the race for the final camp day!
