So many helpful mindfulness tips and strategies with Clara’s visit to Rang a Cúig/Sé today .Clara gave us booklets to try a lot of self help ways of focusing on the present moment, gratitude & lowering our stress and anxiety levels . Such a worthwhile way to end well-being week!
