Our paper with Cyclenium and David Thomas' group at McGill is out in Nature Communications: nature.com/articles/s4146… These macrocycles expand the chemical tool box for the stabilization of 14-3-3 PPIs and show some nice activity in rescuing mutant CFTR activity.
