🎉🎉🎉 Our very first PhD student, the amazing Sophie Williams, has passed her viva with flying colors (under two hours!). Super proud, excited and also sad to see her leave. She will undoubtedly succeed in her next adventure! Thanks to examiners Alessandro Costa and Julian Sale.

Sad to say goodbye to Manolo as he leaves to start his own lab in Spain at the IPBLN-CSIC in Granada, funded by a Ramon Y Cajal fellowship. We will miss you! Good luck with your exciting adventures ahead!
