A bit more about me: BPHE from Nipissing University and MSc in exercise physiology from University of Waterloo. Identical twin brother is my classmate and roommate NOSM University | Université EMNO. Average CrossFitter and weekend golfer. Firm believer that exercise, the outdoors and a good espresso is the best medicine!
