#contractorgarage. For some reason 6 out of 8 of my properties are adjacent to railroad tracks. The city seems to be easier on you as a result with less masonry and landscaping requirements.

#contractorgarage installing a closure on the door today to prevent someone from leaving the bathroom door open on a freezing day and cause lots of damage due to busted plumbing fixtures. Don't use a chain. I might know something about this first hand 😬.

Project is ready for TCO. 32 units and we're 1/3 preleased before finishing construction despite asking the highest rate I've ever asked for a unit thanks to post covid construction costs, interest rates, and city BS... $1325 a month for 1,000sf (20x50). Ready to do one of

Gate is installed. Why did we install one anyway? With Contractor Garages they really aren't necessary unless there is outside storage. If a criminal wants in bad enough they will get in by cutting the chain or power so it's really a false sense of security but what it does
