New data from Vita Health Group means improved visibility, clarity, and understanding for urgent care teams who use Connecting Care ⬇️

Together, with our partners, we work to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and provide services for people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. From 1 July 2022, we will become a statutory entity under the Health and Care Act.
