The disappointment of “Spotlight Premiere” - a 🧵 Some of you will know I had a tweet go viral regarding criticism of Spotlight about a year ago. Spotlight’s membership team invited me to a meeting to discuss my thoughts.

Headshots, showreel companies, workshops, classes, 1-1’s, networking events, making your own work, premiere tiers…£££ And for what in return? For most; *maybe* a job or two a year? Sometimes this business feels like nothing but a huge pyramid scheme, with actors at the bottom.
