In July 2021, we set aside $5M of our $120M Series B round for our customers and community. We learned a lot from the process: mercury.com/blog/company-n… (Tl;dr: Community rounds, though time-consuming, can be an excellent way to raise capital. We’d love to do it again.)

We are only a Series B company but ~2.5k of our customers are investors/owners in Mercury! Really grateful and humbled by the trust our customers put in us. I love that Reg CF made this possible; we wrote a blog post about how it worked.
