Last day of #COMBINE2022 started with a poster session this morning. Followed by a demonstration by Matthias König on how community standards improve research in #pharmacokinetics modeling, with insights into calculating optimal coffee break times to ensure high level of caffeine :-)
Second keynote at #COMBINE2022 Forum by Lin Uhrmacher Universität Rostock, who is picking up on the issues with documenting simulation studies (even) beyond reproducibility.
Judith Wodke Medical Informatics Laboratory introduces her approach to integrating data from the Medizininformatik-Initiative with other biomedical resources and simulation studies from #COMBINE in a graph-based research portal to allow for easy data exploration by clinicians and scientists.
Jörn Starruß Jörn Starruß TU Dresden with an introduction to the Morpheus tool for multi-modeling and how COMBINE standards are incorporated and supported. Get in touch with the team if you want to try it out.
Not only did I attend #COMBINE2022 but I even got to present my work in the poster session. Now I am eager to go back to coding to integrate some of the feedback and I learned about other tools that might help with my work. Bioinformatics and Data Analytics Team (BioDatA)
Meet us at #ICSB2022 to learn more about the COmputational MOdeling in BIology NEtwork. We work towards better standards and guidelines for modeling, transparency, reproducible results, and interoperability of tools. David Nickerson presents Wed, Oct 12 in Session 17B: WILDCARDS *.*
Excited to see our collection of reproducible COVID-19 studies on stage at #ICSB2022. 🗓️Mon, Oct 10 | Session 7: PREVENTING FUTURE PANDEMICS. Presented by Henning Hermjakob biomodels & great collab w/ Rahuman Sheriff Matthias König et al, funding EOSC Secretariat ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/covi…
