I'm seeing my first ever psychiatrist tomorrow. Luckily my medical aid will probably cover it, but transport there and back with either Uber or Bolt is gonna cost me R500+. This dude better be damn well worth it.

So apparently I suffer from severe anxiety and bio-depression... At least he booked me off for two weeks and boosted my current meds dosages, wants to see me again next month, so we'll see how this goes.
