Check out our new paper on CSF p-tau+ / tau-PET- (discordant) individuals. Our findings suggest that it pays to split "T" from the AT(N) classification into a separate biofluid p-tau "P" and tau-PET "T" category. academic.oup.com/brain/advance-…
